Musikmesse 2010: Interview with John Lambert about the community of Eigenharp users

While being at Musikmesse Frankfurt, I took the opportunity to interview John Lambert about the community of Eigenharp users. We continue talking about what the future hold for us and what we can expect. Most of the questions that I ask are based on the questions that I’ve received myself from visitors of EigenZone.

Thanks a lot John for having taken some time out of your busy schedule to do this!

Very refreshing questions and answers that go way beyond most of the interviews out there. Great work.

Great to have a real user asking the questions!! Nice work!

You asked all the right questions:
    1> OSC support
    2> Open Source
    3> More partnerships

Can’t wait to see the graphical interface!

Agreed. This interview answered crucial questions for me in deciding whether or not to buy my harp. I am very pleased with my purchase and the direction things are moving in Eigenharp development. Stage is available and is looking good. Workbench, Open Sourcing and OSC are next, and then things can really start rolling forward. Of course delays may occur, but the vision and priorities on these core issues are made clear in this interview.
